Soldiers from Alpha Company, 9th Engineer Battalion, place C-4 explosives onto 37mm anti-aircraft rounds to be destroyed near the city of Bayji, Iraq, on June 20, 2004. Soldiers are conducting unexploded ordnance clearance to prevent injuries or deaths to the Coalition Forces and civilian personnel and prevent their use as improvised explosive devices.
