Lance Cpl. Holt from Company I, 3rd Battalion, 6th Marine Regiment, is accompanied by a group of Afghan boys as he conducts a security patrol through Surobi, Afghanistan, on May 23, 2004. The battalion is conducting security patrols and civil assistance operations throughout the region in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
