Army Staff Sgt. David Louis, from the 16th Military Police Brigade, treats an Iraqi boy on Aug. 17, 2004. Members of the 16th Military Police Brigade and 118th Medical Battalion, from the Ohio National Guard, set up a clinic for the day in Kshoum Hillan village outside of Baghdad International Airport, Iraq. The civil affairs members from the 16th MP Brigade also handed out toys and candy to children in the area.
