Goulder, her family and her school, Rancho Solano in Scottsdale, Ariz., collected over 28,000 of these toys as part of Operation Grateful, an effort to send care packages to troops in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Germany. Soldiers have asked for these toys to give to the children they come in contact with as they patrol in Iraq and Afghanistan.
