Today Show host Matt Lauer interviews Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Richard B. Myers, U.S. Air Force, while they fly in a C-17 Globemaster III over Iraq on Aug. 17, 2005. Myers is in the midst of a 10-day trip around the world to meet with servicemembers and assess troop morale. Fox Sports television personality and cover girl Leeann Tweeden, NFL Hall of Fame member Gale Sayers, and comedians Jeffrey Ross and Colin Quinn are accompanying Myers as he thanks the service men and women for their sacrifices.
