A father who lost a son in combat shares a moment with Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Gen. Peter Pace, U.S. Marine Corps, at a ceremony at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington, Va., on Sept. 17, 2007. Pace participated in a wreath laying ceremony with members of Families United-United for a Strong America, which is a non-profit organization whose members have lost a loved one in defense of the nation or who have family members that are currently serving in harms way.
