U.S. Army Sgt. Clayton Armstrong provides security during a combined patrol with Iraqi police in the Gazaliyah district of Baghdad, Iraq, on July 8, 2008. This patrol is also a mission to distribute micro-grant applications to area business owners. Armstrong is assigned to the 4th Platoon, Bravo Troop, 1st Squadron, 75th Cavalry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division.
