U.S. Navy Seaman Crystal Rangel stitches the sleeve of a Kevlar mooring line aboard the command ship USS Blue Ridge (LCC 19) underway in the Pacific Ocean on Sept. 11, 2009. The ship serves under Commander, Expeditionary Strike Group 7/Task Force 76, the Navy's only forward-deployed amphibious force and is the flagship of Commander, U.S. 7th Fleet.
