The National Park Service and the U.S. Navy are hosting a joint memorial ceremony with more than 2,000 distinguished guests, the general public and military personnel, both active and retired, to commemorate the 68th anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. The theme of the ceremony was "But Not in Shame: The Aftermath of Pearl Harbor."
