U.S. Air Force pararescuemen from the 66th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron deployed to Camp Bastion, Afghanistan, provide medical attention to an Afghan who has suffered gunshot injuries on Dec. 8, 2009. The pararescuemen will administer medical care while in transit to a medical facility.
