U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Matthew Johnson and Lance Cpl. Gerald Minster, both Marine marksmanship instructors and riflemen with Alpha Company, Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 9th Marine Regiment, 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit, correct a sailor's form during a small arms qualification series aboard the amphibious dock landing ship USS Ashland while the ship is underway in the Atlantic Ocean on March 12, 2010. Marines from the 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit are coaching and sharing their expertise to help the sailors re-qualify with their weapons. The 24th Marine Expeditionary Unit is on a seven-month deployment aboard Nassau Amphibious Ready Group vessels as the theater reserve force for Central Command.
