U.S. Petty Officer 3rd Class Jordan Wingard, assigned to Mobile Diving Salvage Unit 1, jumps off a barge for a dive supporting a Joint POW/MIA Personnel Accounting Command recovery mission in Quynh Phuong, Vietnam, on May 27, 2010. The Joint Personnel Accounting Command mission is to achieve the fullest possible accounting of all Americans missing as a result of the nation’s past conflicts.
