U.S. Marines and sailors load humanitarian assistance disaster relief supplies into a U.S. Navy MH-60S Seahawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Sea Combat 23 on the flight deck of the amphibious assault ship USS Peleliu (LHA 5) while the ship is underway in the North Arabian Sea on Sept. 6, 2010. The Peleliu flew 80 pallets of supplies to Sharea Faisal Air Base, Pakistan, for distribution to flooded regions of that country. The Peleliu is the command ship of the Peleliu Amphibious Ready Group supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet's area of responsibility.
