Gates participates in the U.S. and China Track Two discussions with Former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, Former Secretary of State George Shultz, Former Secretary of Treasury Robert Rubin, Former Secretary of Defense William Perry, Former State Councilor for the People's Republic of China Tang Jiaxuan and other members of their delegations in Washington, D.C., on Oct. 18, 2010. The discussions are part of a two-day dialogue to help improve U.S.-China relations.
