Gun Team Five fires a round from a M777A2 howitzer at Camp Sendai, Japan, in the Ojojihara Maneuver Area during Artillery Relocation Training Exercise 10-3 Ojojihara on Nov. 23, 2010. The Marines are assigned to the 3rd Marine Division's, Battery B, 3rd Battalion, 12th Marine Regiment, III Marine Expeditionary Force. The Marines are conducting live-fire artillery training to maintain operational readiness of the artillery battalion in support of the U.S. – Japanese security alliance.
