U.S. Navy sailors assigned to a visit, board, search and seizure team and Coast Guardsmen assigned to the Coast Guard Law Enforcement Detachment Team embarked aboard the guided missile cruiser USS Lake Champlain (CG 57) conduct a counter piracy operations briefing while underway in the Arabian Sea on Jan. 1, 2011. The Lake Champlain is deployed with Commander, Task Force 151 supporting maritime security operations and theater security cooperation efforts in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of responsibility.
