Japanese citizens unload food and water from an HH-60H Sea Hawk helicopter assigned to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 4 off the coast of Japan on March 16, 2011. The squadron is embarked aboard the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan (CVN 76) providing humanitarian assistance as directed in support of Operation Tomodachi.
