U.S. Navy Airman Ryan Hilliard directs an EA-6B Prowler on to catapult one before launching off the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Ronald Reagan in the Pacific Ocean on March 29, 2011. The Ronald Reagan is off the coast of Japan providing disaster relief and humanitarian assistance in support of Operation Tomodachi. Hilliard is an aviation boatswain's mate and the Prowler is assigned to the Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron 139.
