Jason Spears, a weapons load crew chief with the 57th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, load an Air Intercept Missile-9M Sidewinder onto an F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft during the first quarter weapons load competition at Nellis Air Force Base, Nev., on April 8, 2011. The competition was conducted to evaluate the airmenís performance and to recognize superior performers.
