Petty Officer 2nd Class Michael McAfee, assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, embarked aboard High Speed Vessel (HSV 2) Swift, mounts a stake into the security wall surrounding Dispensaire De Caracol, in Caracol, Haiti, on Feb. 22, 2012. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23 and the Indonesian Military Engineering Contingent are working at the dispensaire as part of a three-week subject matter expert exchange to make structural repairs to the dispensaire and a school in the area. Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23 is supporting HSV-Southern Partnership Station 2012, a deployment of U.S Naval assets in the U.S. Southern Command area of responsibility in the Caribbean, Central and South America.
