An Air Force C-17 Globemaster III is prepared to be loaded with a mobile air traffic control tower system at Mountain Home Air Force Base, Idaho, Sept. 12, 2017, before being transported to St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, during relief efforts following the aftermath of Hurricane Irma.
