James Barnes uses the grappling bucket on a skid steer to shake excess dirt from wood slated for burning during Phase One of construction of Camp Kamassa in Crystal Springs, Miss., July 11, 2018. Barnes is assigned to the Delaware Air National Guard’s 166th Civil Engineer Squadron. Camp Kamassa will be Mississippi’s first fully handicap-accessible, year-round camp for children and adults with special needs.
