U.S. and coalition troops operate a firetruck hose to combat a simulated fire during a night burning exercise as part of Northern Strike 18 at Fort Grayling, Mich., Aug. 14, 2018. The U.S. service members are assigned to the Michigan, Ohio and Tennessee National Guards, and they worked with troops from Latvia, Estonia and Bulgaria.
